Vehicle Analyst / CSR Wanted:
Do you love cars and helping people? Automall Network is a full service auto broker. We don't sell cars. We help our clients buy vehicles at discount prices. Clients from all over North America engage our services to help them buy their new or used vehicles. Insurance companies also use Automall Network to determine replacement cost on vehicles that are deemed a total loss. We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Toronto office to process insurance claims and determine vehicle replacement costs. The successful candidate must be passionate about customer service and solving client's problems, have great attention to detail, an ability to think outside the box, and the determination and perseverance to make things happen, all while multitasking, juggling and prioritizing many claims simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met. Virtually all customer contact is over the phone, fax and internet. Yes, it can get chaotic at times, especially during the busy winter months when the number of accidents skyrocket but that's part of the thrill of this business. The successful candidate will receive claims from insurance companies, configure new vehicles to ensure the policyholder gets what they are entitled to, determine a replacement cost and submit the report. Attention to detail is very important as is being a stickler for keeping clients in the loop. Once the claims area is mastered, the successful candidate will also be involved in searching for vehicles for our consumer clients and managing the deal through to delivery. We are a small, entrepreneurial company that has had a successful track record for growth and earned a well respected reputation. And we are intent on continuing that trend. For example, we are a member benefit for CAA and the APA (Automobile Protection Association) often recommends their members to us and our sister companies.
