Automall Network is a Professional Vehicle Valuation and Buying Service working with some of the largest insurers throughout Canada and the US on total loss claims. We are seeking several eager, seasoned, high performers as part of our ongoing recruitment program. HR Generalist
As a small but exploding company with high volume and time sensitive deadlines, our team members and managers are focused on deliverables to our clients. Last November we grew from 5 to 15 people. Since then, we have added 5 more. We have begun an ongoing recruitment program and we plan on doubling our staff in the next 6 to 8 months. To be the best, it's all about the people. As such, we need an HR Generalist with at least 3 years HR experience to help build the people side of our business. As the company grows and evolves, the successful candidate will build an HR team around them. Currently, your focus will be to work with the rest of the management team on recruiting, training, coaching, team building, motivation, culture, inspiration, incentives, goal setting, performance targets, policy development and everything else involving people. You must have entrepreneurial blood in you and be able to successfully wear many hats.
Customer Service Consultant (Settlement)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Contact, advise and help policyholders who have just been involved in a total loss understand the insurance process, what their next steps and options are
- Analyze claim documentation, configure original and replacement vehicles
- Build rapport and trust with policyholders on the phone and help guide them in the right direction
- Thoroughly document conversations in our database
Vehicle Acquisition Consultant (Inside Sales)
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience
- This is not a cold-calling position. The successful candidate will handle incoming inquiries from insurance company policyholders who have just written off their vehicles as well as consumers inquiring about buying or selling vehicles
- Build rapport and trust with prospects during an initial phone call (all selling is done over the phone, we don't do any face to face selling)
- Determine vehicle needs, driving habits and budget, and advise clients on market pricing, best courses of action and financing options
- Coordinate with our Negotiation Team to source vehicles in Canada and the US, obtain best prices and monthly payment scenarios
- Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure we create an educated customer and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Thoroughly document conversations in our database
Vehicle Analyst
- Source vehicles across North America on the internet at both dealer auction and retail web sites
- Establish comparable vehicles to those involved in total loss insurance claims
- Enter vehicle parameters into database and calculate market values
Admin Assistant
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping with Quickbooks
- Manage reception desk and incoming phone calls
- Standard office responsibilities
All positions require that the successful candidate:
- Must be extremely detail oriented, thorough in documentation, able to work independently and committed to getting the job done
- Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet tight turnaround requirements
- Must be very comfortable using MS Office and database software and be computer literate
- Will be cross trained in other areas to backup other staff as necessary.
