Vehicle Buying Consultant (Customer Service and Inside Sales)
We have an immediate need for an eager high performer to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment, be highly multi-tasking, motivated and organized. We are looking for someone who has what it takes to eventually take on leadership responsibilities and build a team around them.
- You must love cars and have a passion for helping people
- This is not a cold-calling position. The successful candidate will handle inquiries from buyers of new and used vehicles, be they for purchase or lease. We also import vehicles for cross border buyers
- Build rapport and trust with prospects on the phone
- Determine client needs, driving habits and budget, and advise clients on market pricing, best courses of action and financing options
- Source vehicles in Canada and the US, obtain best prices from auctions and dealerships throughout North America
- Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure we create an educated customer and deliver an exceptional customer experience
The positions requires that the successful candidate:
- Must be extremely detail oriented, thorough in documentation, able to work independently and committed to getting the job done
- Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet tight turnaround requirements
- Must be very comfortable using MS Office and database software and be computer literate
- Will be cross trained in other areas to backup other staff as necessary.
